Potential Situation: Your entity currently has state or federal grants and you are looking for help in handling the administrative duties associated with those grants, such as applications, reporting, and audit related duties. 

Potential Situation: You have learned about a new grant that your entity could apply for. Instead of doing this yourself, CGCC could help apply for the grant and could then manage the award for you. We can help do the research for potential grants you entity could be eligible for.

We do a search for potential state and federal grants that your entity could be eligible for, but are not currently utilizing. 

We can do the search only, or, we can help apply for and manage the new grants that you'd like to pursue. 

Potential Situation: Your entity may not be utilizing all the grant money available to you and this could be for a few reasons. You may not have the staff to administer or manage new grants, or you may not have the time to apply for these and keep up with the communications. CGCC can help research new potential grants and can help you apply and manage these if you so choose. 

Consists of:

• Entity will complete a questionnaire in combination with CGCC's review of current grants situation.
• Report will be issued as a result of the General Review and will contain information such as: Current snapshot of what grant situation looks like, reminders and check lists for your current grants, a discussion on controls for those grants, and good resources you can utilize for all of your grants. The report will also reference any potential grants your entity may be eligible for that you are not currently utilizing.

Similar to Grant Management, but this would cover multiple duties associated with multiple grants.

Affordable alternative to hiring a full-time Grant Coordinator.

CGCC takes on all duties that a Grant Coordinator would, which consist of:

• Grant Research
• Coordinating with Departments the funding effects
• Managing Grant related Contracts
• Tracking and Reporting
• Facilitating Communications
• Organizing Documentation

Contractor (1099) relationship between staff member of CGCC and your entity.

CGCC reviews and summarizes results on your most recent Audit.

We offer suggestions based on that recent audit and will recap things you have done well and things that could be improved upon.

CGCC can create trainings for any new or current grant if you have staff that needs informed on the grant.
